i love all the army elements in the balmain collection. it's what makes it fresh. otherwise it's just the same stud/leather/glitter mix. which i'm not saying is bad... just done. and re-done by everyone else.
I really love the deep u neck tops. and the boooooooottttsssssss love them.

Pretty clothes but Balmain is becoming a one-trick pony. It seems as though we know what to expect season after season, no surprises. Plus the footwear is really uninspired...and I always look to the shoes first, haha.

No offense or anything but not every designer works under the pretense that he or she has to reinvent every season. I think Decarnin is behind the joke, he's probably laughing at everyone who is dying to get his gear...He is achieving the maximum effect with the least amount of effort..Sort of like the success of Perez Hilton..and its so damn brilliant. Even Cathy Horyn loves him, and she is brutally honest when it comes to fashion shows.
I thought this show was nuts and I loved it. Don't really care that people think his designs are shitty 80's rehashes or trashy or tacky or that they are not really "designed" Yes they do look like expensive versions of "BEBE" clothes but still there is something deliciously
attractive about the gemstone/croc/patchworking. I want all of it.
i wonder why carmen doesn't shave her legs recently...:S
