RETAIL AEROBICS
I am aware that it makes no sense, but i feel like purchasing new work-out clothing is just as good for you as actually working out. . . if i have something that i feel confident running around in, or doing insanely awkward yoga poses in, i'm much more likely to get out there and work up a sweat. . . am i insane?
ohhhhhh, so that's what those AA riding pants were intended to look like on. . . hahahahaha

What you wear to work out definitely makes a difference in how hard you work. If you are feeling more confident in yourself, I think you won't be as afraid to break a sweat. Also, if you have really cute workout clothes, it will motivate you to use them! I bought my friend Old Navy yoga pants, and she couldn't wait to use them!

HA! That's ME! I aaaalways have to carry people's shit cause I have the largest bag. My boyfriend knows better than to criticize...he's always like "don't forget your jacket" or "you're gonna be cold, put more on" cause he doesn't want a shaking, blue-lipped girlfriend in public.
my gym clothes are always the rags from bygone years and bygone styles, so i always look ridiculous, not to mention dated, when working out.
Hahaha, I still wear my highschool P.E outfit from when I was twelve to exercise.
But that's not often.
