a totally sexy DIY.
and what we did with our photos weren't actions. we just played with the curves and added some noises in them. PS does all the tricks. we aren't gurus though so it depends with the pictures too for what seems to fit best.
not sure if that helps. but there are also downloadable PS actions. you can google them, they are everywhere.
