BALANCING.ACT.
There isn't much you feel like doing when you have a head cold. and it's summer.
I've decided to give the Neti-Pot a second chance (the first time i used it i got such an incredible headache i swore it off completely) and i'm going to bed before 10. No booze, lots of water. argh.
hmm. think i'll make myself a smoothie for breakfast. That'll provide some temporary relief.
Thrifted LLBean striped shirt, thrifted J.Crew dress, Aldo boots.

very cute post!!
i love how your all-cotton "i'm sick" outfit manages to still be perfectly proportioned and a little badass with those boots :)

Molly - you seriously MUST get this thing called the Neil Med Sinus Rinse. It so much better than the Neti pot because it's a plastic bottle with a hole at the top and you squeeze the saline into your nose without having to tilt your head which can lead to the headache thing. It feels amazing, once you try it you'll do it every time you have a cold, and it's great for allergies too. Okay that's my long rant promoting Neil Med. Here's what you want...only $10! http://www.amazon.com/NeilMed-Sinus-Rinse-Regular-Kit/dp/B000A0S5KC
i like those tough boots!

i second Liz's comment i have used that as well, works at helping relieve congestion. i also reccomend a glass of tomato juice (v8) with cayenne pepper and lemon juice (my bf has a cold right now, but he wont try my remedies lol)
