SHOULD I WAIT?
I have the iPhone 3Gs and am currently eligible to upgrade to the 4 (still costs $200) but i'm wondering if I should wait till "Fall" and get the 5 . . . This video is pretty enticing. The one thing i'm most antsy about is having better photo quality. The 4's camera is superior to what i have now but I love that the 5 will allow you to access the camera from the lock screen, as well as using the volume button as the shutter. Do I want to go a whole summer with the phone I have now? If I upgrade to the 4 now there's no way i'll be able to afford the 5 once it comes out. Oh man. So many decisions.

iOS 5 isn't the same as the iPhone 5 - it's a software update. You can put iOS 5 on your 3GS, so you can do the whole camera from lock thing on the phone you have now. It won't of course help with picture quality, but iOS 5 will add some neat new stuff to your current phone. No one is sure yet when the iPhone 5 will be released, but some are speculating that they will announce that this fall. I'd say wait for the 5 though at this point, if you buy the 4 now you'll probably just end up bummed in a few months when they announce the features on the 5.
so if i buy the iPhone 4 i can update it with iOS 5 when it comes out in the fall??
