HITCHCOCK

I always think it's strange when two movies about the same person or event are made simultaneously by different film companies.  Like with Capote (2005) and Infamous (2006) - both based on Truman Capote and the writing of his book In Cold Blood.  Often one of the movies is sub par, with a cast that is lacking.  



Well it's happened again, and this time it's Alfred Hitchcock who is the focus. Anthony Hopkins will play him in the Fox Searchlight Pictures movie Hitchcock (a love story about Alfred and his wife Alma and the filming of Psycho), and Toby Jones in HBO's The Girl (about Tippi Hedren and filming The Birds). Toby Jones also played Capote in Infamous!
