I think I'm gonna have to go buy talented French songstress and multi-instrumentalist Melody Prochet's self-titled debut album.  I usually trust Pitchfork's reviews and I'm always down with "psych-tinged pop with just the right amount of thematic darkness and grime around the edges" (Pitchfork.com)
