So i'm not usually blown away by what stars' stylists put together for them when it comes to events. . . esp the MTV awards events. . . but Leighton Meester looks freakin stunning here. Wearing an Emilio De La Morena sheer cut-out dress and Brian Atwood purple suede ankle boots!!  way to go Blair!
