HAWK ANGEL
Sub-zero dog romp yesterday. Literally sub-zero outside. And my sister is calling from San Francisco telling me about napping in her backyard under warm sunny skies. FML.
Sleeping bag coats, long johns, and scarf layering are pretty much the only way to enjoy/ beat temperatures like these. Braving the cold is totally worth it when you stumble upon hawk-angels!! There were tons of them in this field we wandered through. poor field mice.

Your sister is probably just trying to get you to visit. I hear that San Francisco is pretty much 60 degrees year round, so you can visit any time. I recommend staying in the Lower Haight.
