oh my goodness you are so right, what on earth is going on with her face?!! How beautiful was she as her natural self with those freckles and rosey cheeks. It's sad :-(

please leave this opinion crap off and stick to good style...judging people is pointless
come on... she looks better after plastic surgery. She didn't look good at the Golden Globes, but that was a make up issue and her face is probably effected by weight loss. But she was completely average before she was worked on a little.
Anonymous- i hate to agree with you. . . Megan DID go from "averagely" pretty to stunning when she first had some work done. But lately she just looks way to pulled and plumped. She's only freakin 24 years old!! And half her hotness was from her sexy curves. She's a stick now.
Stay away from the plastic surgery Megan, you're way too young for that!

i mean, who hasn't had work done in hollywood? and frankly, she looks like she lost some "baby fat" as we all tend to do. she hasn't gone and pulled a lindsay on us.
i thought she was precious/really pretty before the plastic surgery...she really didn't need lip plumping to begin with or a nose job
&don't forget the AWFUL fashion of the time period she was first photographed in-awful hair,awful clothes,awful jewelry
i think from her losing her "baby fat" she would've looked just as beautiful and more naturally so than with the plastic surgery
I think the saaaamee!!! Everytime I see her! She was sooo pretty, but now she doesn't even look like 24 any more, and where are her sexy curves?
She must have done something to her face besides makeup and stuff, there are not many years in between these pictures!

i love Tilda's Jil Sander skirt tho. I have to admit that i wish she paired it with something else then an average white shirt, but otherwise ... much worser things to hit the worst dressed list then her. sorry, got to disagree with this one.
