Fried "Orb Weaver" cheese curds with my boyfriend's farm's micro greens.
And, as hard as this may be to believe, i've only just discovered the heaven that is a fried egg. . . served over micro greens with balsamic and shaved grana padana.

i love that bread and puppet poster, i have the hooray! skeleton bike one, myself. ps, hell yeah fried eggs.
try tossing the micro greens in truffle oil over some whole grain toast and a fried egg over the greens. so simple and perfectly brunch-y. also good w/ melted gouda added to toast. i adore your blog; bon appétit!

more studio photos :) i went to an artwalk yesterday and all the studio spaces were so lovely... i desperately wish i had a workspace more than anything....
