My size. . . kinda my price range. . . but could I walk in 4.25" heels?? AAHHHH I LOVE THESE!!!! Very Ann Demeulemeester dontcha think?

I think you'd be able to walk in them. The heels are thick and look sturdy. There's quire a bit of a difference between 4" chunky heels and 4" stilettos in terms of walkability.
